The craft and practice of Predatory Gang Stalking appears to be standardized around the world. Many similarities parallel incidents reported by targets internationally. It appears that there is a standard protocol involving a series of tactics, progressive phases, and nature of assaults. It appears that an individual has been selected to become a target and the groundwork has been established for their assaults long before the individual can be aware that something criminal is occurring in their lives and to their person. Predatory Gang Stalkers achieve this strategically. By the time the targeted individual becomes aware that something very threatening an disturbing is happening to them, they have already been thoroughly investigated by their enemies, stigmatized, discredited and compromised. Predatory Gang Stalkers first establish "Information Dominance" over a targeted individual. This achievement alone enables them to attain excessive power over the targeted individual. By means of:

- Eavesdropping devices in the targets environment
- Global positioning technology (GPS) secreted to their vehicles
- Obtaining illegal access to all of a targeted individual's person records such as bank records, emails, medical records and credit card purchases
- Often able to achieve 100% surveillance and almost 100% access to a targeted individual's entire lifetime of available information from any computer, paper, photographic, or personal source.

They use all this information to sabotage a targeted individual. Predatory Gang Stalkers ultimately become capable of entering a target's house, place of employment, and vehicle at will and often. All forms of communications in the targeted individual's life is interfered with by the gang stalkers. They will interrupt email, tamper with voicemail, and obstruct the delivery of postal mail. The net result is that all communication in a targeted individual's life will become unreliable and incomplete, both incoming and outgoing. The Predatory Gang Stalkers  are then capable of greater insidious manipulation and control.

"CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (AP) — Four young men found dead in a park from injuries inflicted by a sharp-edged object were killed in a way that is consistent with the methods of the MS-13 street gang, according to police, who declared war against gang violence in the suburbs of Long Island.

The victims, ranging in age from 16 to 20, were discovered in a wooded area near a soccer field in Central Islip, Suffolk County Police Commissioner Timothy Sini said. He said the bodies had "significant trauma" wounds, and he believes all the victims were killed there.

He did not definitively say the killings were the work of the MS-13 gang but said the tactics — using sharp instruments and extreme violence — were consistent with the gang, which has been gaining a foothold on Long Island for years.

Why has the MS-13 gang been gaining a foothold not just in Long Island, but throughout America? Because of those who scream and protest for the rights of illegal criminals. Criminals, terrorists and their supporters, who use American laws, against America and Americans. Second handers out making a 'name of fame' for themselves, by helping those that rape, murder, kill, terrorize, rob, destroy... good decent American citizens. "In the span of a year, dozens of human-trafficking victims are expected to seek shelter at The Willow Domestic Violence Center. And soon, the link to help could be a city employee."

The first reality that should come to your mind here is, are there city employees in your town that are part of a human trafficking ring? Because these rings are large and wide and members are positioned in every role imaginable in society. They even claim to help the homeless, while trafficking them at the same time. Starting with employees, managers and owners who run homeless shelters, lawyers, doctors, business owners, employees, the homeless, fireman, parking cops, police officers, city officials, town citizens.... 

"A new initiative will train city employees to recognize human trafficking, with the goal of improving the outcomes of the vulnerable youth who are typically its victims. Leaders at the Willow center said one scenario they see is a girl who has aged out of the foster care system, lacking family and resources.

“Let’s say you’re a girl or very young woman, and a man approaches you: ‘Well, I’ll buy you this, I’ll get your nails done, I’ll have your hair done, you’re beautiful’ — all of these things that she has never had before, and she becomes attached to this man,” said Willow center Executive Director Joan Schultz.

“Then he starts to traffic her, and how is she going to get out, especially if he threatens her with her life?”"

These predators are very methodical and savvy. This is a very tricky situation that must be observed with active eyes, ears and minds. Are individuals involved in trafficking rings knowingly, or unknowingly participating, supporting or being forced to? I have been dealing with a form of human trafficking for over 30 years, called triangulation. I know their tricks and bullshit!

Traffickers use force, fraud or coercion to control victims, and crimes include forced labor, domestic servitude and commercial sex trafficking.

Traffickers also use isolation, gas-lighting, pitting everyone against an individual, making them look crazy, mentally ill, threatening family members/loved ones/animals...

Shelia Abdus-Salaam Nation's First Female Muslim Judge, First Black Woman Appointed To The Bench Of The State's Highest Court - Suicide or Murder?

"Last week, Judge Sheila Abdus-Salaam attended an event to honor Jonathan Lippman, a fellow jurist on the New York State Court of Appeals. Given her stature amongst her colleagues, other women in the New York legal community attending the event were all anxious to greet the first black woman appointed to the bench of the state’s highest court.

Claire Gutekunst, president of NY State Bar Association, told BuzzFeed News she recalled approaching Abdus-Salaam, who was also the nation’s first female Muslim judge, while she was seated in the front row with the other judges, and giving her a hug.

On Wednesday, the 65-year-old Abdus-Salaam was found dead, her body floating in the Hudson River by the shore of Manhattan's West 132nd Street, just a few blocks from her Harlem home.

Details of her death are still unclear. On Thursday, the New York Times reported, citing law enforcement officials, that her death was being investigated as a suicide. She was reported missing by her husband, Gregory Jacobs, the day before. The NYPD could not confirm the details of Abdus-Salaam’s death but said that there was no sign of trauma or struggle. Police said the final cause of her death will be determined by the city’s medical examiner.

How long had Shelia been married to Gregory? Could Gregory had any motive to have her killed, or someone he knew.

Just because there were no signs of trauma or struggle, does not mean that someone could have cornered her on a bridge and forcefully made her fall over the rail. Someone could have come upon her quickly with force and instead of her trying to fight, she kept stepping backwards and just went over the rail. She could have been right up against the rail and it would be real easy for someone to intimidate her quickly, to react by backing up.

During her early years in New York, Abdus-Salaam, whose maiden name was Turner, and her first husband began to follow the Nation of Islam and converted to the Muslim religion. The couple eventually broke up and she left the Nation. However, those close to her believe that she continued to be quietly associated with Islam. “Sheila was not one to proselytize,” Shaw said.

Wonder when her divorce to her first husband was? Was there was any motive for the first husband to harm her, or anyone he associated with. Which book was used when she was sworn in to her governmental role? I would like to think she was an objective lawyer and judge, but when I know she converted to Islam and was initially with the Nation of Islam, the first word that comes to my mind is TAQIYYA. Taqiyya is defined as deceiving the infidel until you get the upper hand.

After law school, Abdus-Salaam started her career at East Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation, a federally funded program coordinating legal assistance for the poorest people in Brooklyn — one of the lowest paying jobs in the profession at the time.

“It is retail human vulnerability. One person at a time, work like hell to save them,” Kiernan said in describing the job. “My personal view is that the character of those people is heroic.”

Did Shelia knowingly or unknowingly, help individuals/organizations that fraudulently used governmental monies. Is that what caused her to commit suicide? Or maybe someone within those organizations forced her to, telling her if she did not kill herself, she would be killed? Muslims have a way of using other people to advance their agendas. Did Shelia knowingly or unknowingly, make knowledgeable errors for the advancement of Islam?

 In 2014, her brother committed suicide..."

How old was her brother and how did he commit suicide. Could it have been murder, made to look like suicide? Was he a Muslim? What kind of work did he perform? Are these two situations related in any manner?

Police are still investigating how two large dogs escaped their yard and killed an elderly woman and her dog in a northwest Oklahoma City neighborhood Thursday afternoon.

The flowers left at the site of the tragic attack are a testament to 82-year-old Cecille Short's impact on her community. Her daughters told News 9 she loved her neighborhood, and they are striving to remember better days.

“If it was a nice day, she was all around here,” said her daughter Lisa Carlile. “She would walk everywhere.”

At 82 years old, the former aerobics instructor was still a very active lady. Daughters Melinda and Lisa told News 9 she worked out at the YMCA three times a week, and she walked her Papillon at least once a day. That is how she got to know just about everyone who lived around her.

Was this an accident and the dogs did get out without help? Or, could this have been a planned attack? Are individuals using dogs to kill, to get away with murder? Did Cecille have information about her neighbors, that could get them in trouble. A perfect way to make it look like it an accident, but could have been methodically planned. Did the neighbor with the dogs know her daughters? 

But the place she felt safest changed in an instant, after a neighbor's two large dogs charged her in broad daylight, killing Cecille and her dog Taylor, who her daughters say was her best friend.

Melinda said, “It is very fitting that they’re together. He was her little buddy.”

Now, instead of focusing on tragedy, Melinda and Lisa are just trying to live their lives the way Cecille taught them, caring about everyone.

“She is with her Savior and very, very happy right now,” said Melinda..."

Something seems odd? Were either of the daughters friends or in a relationship with this neighbor? Could the daughters have plotted the attack to get her life insurance money? When religious individuals talk immediately about their loved ones going to their savior and how happy they are, without any sadness, or distress, something seems odd? She was MAULED to death, very gruesome!

Produced by the Women of Hizb ut-Tahrir Australia, the radical Islamic political movement, the video says it’s OK if Muslim men hit their wives but only gently and not with fists, instead using short sticks and pieces of fabric, reported The Australian. One of the woman identifies herself as Sydney primary-school teacher Reem Allouche, while the other is Atika Latifi.

Shared on Facebook the two women can be seen discussing the issue saying that hitting a wife in a managed way with a twisted scarf for example is “symbolic” and “a beautiful blessing”.

American women are you reading this? It could be coming to your neighborhood. The ways they are slowing implementing sharia, are deceiving to the eyes and ears. Taqiyya deceiving the infidel until you get the upper hand.

MN: 22 Year-Old Convert To Islam Abdullah Rashid Is Trying To Impose The Civil Part Of Sharia Law In A Minnesota Neighborhood - His Group 'General Presidency Of The Religious Affairs and Welfare Of The Ummah'

"A man trying to impose what he calls "the civil part of the sharia law" in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis has sparked anger among local residents and Muslim leaders.

Abdullah Rashid, 22, a Georgia native who moved to Cedar-Riverside last year, has been making the rounds in the Somali-dominated neighborhood, telling people not to drink, use drugs or interact with the opposite sex. If he sees Muslim women he believes are dressed inappropriately, he approaches them and suggests they should wear a jilbab, a long, flowing garment. And he says he's recruiting others to join the effort.

But local Muslim leaders are sounding the alarm. They are working to stop Rashid's group, General Presidency of the Religious Affairs and Welfare of the Ummah, and have notified Minneapolis police, who say he's being banned from a Cedar-Riverside property. Some say the group is preying on vulnerable young Muslims in a community that has dealt with national scrutiny around radicalization and terrorism.

 Interesting! The impression local leaders, citizens and CAIR (Council American Islamic Relations) are expressing, seem odd? What is going on here? Who is behind it? Is it a twisted way to implement Sharia, making it look like it is not wanted?

"What he's doing is wrong and doesn't reflect the community at all," said Jaylani Hussein, executive director of the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Minneapolis police received reports in February from concerned residents who saw Rashid in a dark green uniform that said "Muslim Defense Force" and "Religious Police" and had two flags associated with ISIS and other terrorist groups.

In a recent interview, Rashid said he aims to turn Cedar-Riverside into a "sharia-controlled zone" where Muslims are learning about the proper practices of Islam and that "non-Muslims are asked to respect" it.

Individuals that want power, especially males, who have been criminals in the past, Islam is the perfect solution. Why? Because Islam is about male dominance. Muslim males do not like to be controlled by non-Muslims or any female. 

"Rashid, who was previously known as Devon James Miller, converted to Islam in 2009. He said he first started the religious police group in Georgia in 2013, and wants to grow it internationally.

Who influenced Rashid to become a Muslim? Did it happen while he was serving time behind bars? There is a huge prison population of Muslims, converting inmates. Perfect place to tell individuals that like to control, manipulate others and perform criminal actions, that under Islam you can abuse, kill, rape all in the name of Islam. 

Rashid sued, and court documents show he has had run-ins with law enforcement in the past. He was arrested as a juvenile in Walton County, Ga., for impersonating a police officer, and a school district reported he had harassed a 16-year-old classmate on Facebook, according to the documents. The school district report mentioned he had mental health issues, and his mother said he had been suicidal.

Rashid, who initially said he was working with Minneapolis police, said he is continuing his effort to provide security and protect Muslims' civil rights. He said he has enlisted a group of 10 men, ages 18 and 25, to help him patrol the area.

On his website, Rashid posted a video titled "Never Trust Non-Muslims" by Anwar al-Awlaki, leader of an Al-Qaida affiliate in Yemen, who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in 2011. And he had initially listed the Masjid Shaafici Cultural Center in Cedar-Riverside address as his organization's headquarters..."
