"By Rajendra Jadhav
MUMBAI (Reuters) - Indian police said on Saturday they had arrested the suspected mastermind behind a call center scam run out of a Mumbai suburb that targeted thousands of Americans and netted more than $300 million.
Sagar Thakkar, 24, also known as Shaggy, was arrested at Mumbai's international airport in the early hours of Saturday after he flew in from Dubai, Mukund Hatote, a police officer on the case, told Reuters.
In October, the U.S. Justice Department charged more than 60 people in India and the United States with participating in the huge scam where call center agents impersonated Internal Revenue Service, immigration or other federal officials and demanded payments for non-existent debts.
The department said at least 15,000 people had been targeted by the telefraud that was run out of India.

Singh said he had interrogated Thakkar and was "impressed with his knowledge of the U.S. and Indian system." Singh said Thakkar had confessed to his involvement in the scam.
Singh said Thane police have so far charged 400 people in the case, and about a dozen of them are in custody.

Keyairy Wilson's Story Sounds Like A Form Of Human Trafficking 'Triangulation' - Where Traffickers Hold You Hostage & Control You, Without You Understanding What They Are Doing - You Are A Slave & You Don't Know It

"Keyairy Wilson drove to West Virginia last month with her boyfriend to sell drugs and make enough money to start over again in Columbus.

But her boyfriend caught a ride home a few days later, leaving her behind.

Wilson, 31, was found on April 1 by two men foraging for ramps - a type of wild onion - in a remote, densely wooded area near Volga, West Virginia.

The mother of four had slashes on her body and was shot once, said Robert Hillard, police chief in Clarksburg, a city of about 16,000 people, where Wilson was killed.

"She saw an opportunity. She took a chance," said Raisheda Mitchell-Angus, who is married to Wilson's brother.

Wilson was homeless, going from place to place, staying with friends or family members, her sister in-law said. Her children, ages 14, 10, 9 and 7 months, are now cared for by various family members..."

Jessica Runions Life Ended Early, Due To Terrible Laws & Judges Who Protect Violently Abusive Individuals - Very Obvious Kara Kopetsky and Others Suffered Same Fate

- Above photo and article found @: Crime Feed

"Seven months after she went missing, the remains of 21-year-old Jessica Runions were positively identified on Wednesday, PEOPLE confirms.

According to Kansas City authorities, a civilian stumbled upon the remains in a rural area of Cass County. With the grisly discovery, Runions case has become a homicide investigation, authorities said in a statement.

Jessica Runions was a baker at a retirement home. She was last seen on Sept. 8, 2016 when she left a party in Kansas City with Kylr Yust a friend of her boyfriend's. Days later, her empty vehicle was found abandoned and burned. Yust was arrested and charged with intentionally burning her vehicle. He has pleaded not guilty.

Yust was once a suspect in the disappearance of his former girlfriend, Kara Kopetsky, the Kansas City police have said. She was last seen at Belton High School in May 2007. She was 17.

This is not the first time Yust has been in legal trouble.

In September 2011, Yust pleaded guilty to domestic violence after choking and striking his then pregnant 18-year-old girlfriend, according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE. The victim claimed Yust told her, "I've killed people before, even ex-girlfriends out of sheer jealousy. I will kill you."

The victim also alleged Yust told her he had killed her three kittens and would kill her family if she went to police. A Kansas City judge filed an order of protection, which was later dismissed, court records state.

Yust is currently in custody..."

Ethiopian Maid Who Surrendered Her Rights To Work For Musilms In Kuwait - Survives Fatal Fall... Was She Pushed Out Of The Window By Her Muslim Employer?

- Above photo and article found @: Washington Post

"The floor looks clean in this high-rise apartment, seven stories above Kuwait City traffic. Not a smudge in sight on the picture window. On the other side of the glass, the maid is hanging on by one knuckle, screaming.

"Oh crazy, come here," a woman says casually in Arabic, holding a camera up to the maid.

"Hold on to me! Hold on to me!" the maid yells.

Instead, the woman steps back. The maid's grip finally slips, and she lands in a cloud of dust, many stories below.

The maid- an Ethiopian who had been working in the country for several years, according to the Kuwait Times - survived the fall. The videographer, her employer was arrested last week on a charge of failing to help the worker.

It's still unclear what led to the fall. But it was not the first time a domestic servant had fallen off of a building in Kuwait, an oil-rich country where foreign workers are cheap, plentiful and live largely at the mercy of their employers.

Human Rights Watch has spent years documenting cases of workers abused, exploited, attacked or driven to desperation by a draconian labor system called kafala, in which foreigners surrender rights to get a work visa in the Persian Gulf.

The woman, who reportedly landed on an awning and broke an arm in the fall, is one of more than 600,000 foreigners working in Kuwait, according to a Human Rights Watch estimate.

That's about one servant for each family in a country of about 3 million people, Begum Said..."

What is the Kafala System:

"The word Kalafa (or Kafeel) in Arabic means Sponsorship. The Kafala System is a sponsorship system in which employers will sponsor migrant workers so that they can come into a country and work. Migrant workers come from many southeast Asian countries such as Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal (for example, it is said that roughly 16,000 Nepali migrant workers go to the Gulf Cooperative Council countries each month)

The Kafala system is a set of rules that governments set up with regards to migrant workers. Each government’s Ministry of Interior is in control of the Kafala system (Migrant-Rights, 2015) (as has been noted, this in and of itself is a problem, since the Kafala is not under the Labor Minister, who, not only works with domestic labor laws closely, but also has the ability to help resolve labor disputes (Migrant Forum Asia, ND) in ways others may not do so) (Furthermore, domestic labour laws tend to not even recognize the rights of the migrant workers under Kafala, since they are an extension of the kafil’s family, and thus, domestic laborers are not under this category of labor laws. Thus, these migrant workers are in a sense “invisible”) (Bajracharya & Sijapati, 2012).

The problem with the Kafala system is the power that it offers sponsors, at the expense of migrant workers. Namely, “The system gives sponsors a set of legal abilities to control workers: without the employer’s permission, workers cannot change jobs, quit jobs, or leave the country. If a worker leaves a job without permission, the employer has the power to cancel his or her residence visa, automatically turning the worker into an illegal resident in the country. Workers whose employers cancel their residency visas often have to leave the country through deportation proceedings, and many have to spend time behind bars” (Migrant-Rights.org, 2015)..."

Everyday you hear the screams from Muslims in America about being harassed, hated, their rights being infringed upon, how badly they are treated in America... But what about the stories from Muslim countries, where Muslims treat immigrants worse then Americans EVER have? How often do you hear these stories? The Muslims in America don't want you to hear these stories.

I WANT you to hear these stories, because I have first hand personal experience with the kafala system. The town I have been living in on the streets, has watched the kafala system upon my life for over 4 years. It is an American version of the kafala system, Muslims have implemented in America, on Americans and Americans have no idea what Muslims are truly doing. I DO!

By "Moral Values" I Mean Values Which Are Volitionally...

Character

"“Character” means a man’s nature or identity insofar as this is shaped by the moral values he accepts and automatizes. By “moral values” I mean values which are volitionally chosen, and which are fundamental, i.e., shape the whole course of a man’s action, not merely a specialized, delimited area of his life . . . . So a man’s character is, in effect, his moral essence—his self-made identity as expressed in the principles he lives by.

We have only two sources of information about the character of the people around us: we judge them by what they do and by what they say (particularly the first)..."

"Because man has free will, no human choice—and no phenomenon which is a product of human choice—is metaphysically necessary. In regard to any man-made fact, it is valid to claim that man has chosen thus, but it was not inherent in the nature of existence for him to have done so: he could have chosen otherwise.
Choice, however, is not chance. Volition is not an exception to the Law of Causality; it is a type of causation.
His volition is limited to his cognitive processes; he has the power to identify (and to conceive of rearranging) the elements of reality, but not the power to alter them. He has the power to use his cognitive faculty as its nature requires, but not the power to alter it nor to escape the consequences of its misuse. He has the power to suspend, evade, corrupt or subvert his perception of reality, but not the power to escape the existential and psychological disasters that follow. (The use or misuse of his cognitive faculty determines a man’s choice of values, which determine his emotions and his character. It is in this sense that man is a being of self-made soul.)..."

Emily Houser A Hero Who Stood Up For Her Rights... By Herself While An Entitled Male And His Gang Of Thugs Stalked, Harassed, Gas-lighted and Terrorized Her Daily

- Could not bring up the site I found this on

"From the time she was 16 until last Thursday, Houser worked at her local Chili's restaurant in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.

Just a few days after Houser began the job at 16, the restaurant got a new manager, Josh Davidson, who was 24 at the time. Houser said Davidson quickly took interest in her, and for two years, sexually harassed and relentlessly pursued a relationship with her.

"[The] new manager found particular interest in me and began forcing me to go on dates with him," Houser told BuzzFeed News. "He would just show up to my house uninvited and say he was outside and I had to come with him."

"Over a two-year period, it just kind of escalated into him providing me with gifts of significance and money and flowers and cards and things that I wasn't really accepting of, things that made me extremely uncomfortable because I was not sure what he expected of me from these gifts," she said.

Things only got worse when she turned 18 on April 26 last year, Houser said.

"On my 18th birthday, he showed up to my high school in the parking lot and just kind of rampaged me with gifts and asked me to officially be his girlfriend in front of a bunch of people," she said. "I said no, and he replied in a very pompous way, saying he didn't care if he got fired if we were together, and he didn't care if he lost his job because he just wanted to be with me."

After this, Houser said, Davidson started "being verbally and even physically weird and abusive towards me at work." She brushed it off and didn't take any actions right away.

"But then he started taking interest in another young girl," Houser said. "And that's when I decided I should report the situation, because even though I came out of the situation fine, I don't know how another young girl is going to feel."

At this point, Houser put in her two weeks notice and contacted the Chili's corporate headquarters. They conducted an investigation, and - rather than being fired - Davidson was relocated to the Chili's in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. This past Sunday was Davidson's last day at the Whitehall location, and several of the workers threw him a 'Fuck Emily Houser" party to support him..."

Emily Houser I want to applaud your bravery, courageousness, self-confidence, esteem, respect and worth. I commend you. Chili's should be ashamed of themselves. But more importantly Josh Davidson and those that supported him are the true savage thugs. Second Handers who use force to get what they want.
